The Eye is the Lamp of the Body Shirt

Matthew 6:22

"The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light."

This verse has been interpreted in a variety of ways.

Some believe Jesus is referring to a "healthy" eye as one which is spiritually perceptive.

Others believe the Greek word translated "healthy" is actually implying a generous eye- one which views others through a charitable lens.

I believe both spiritual perception and compassionate perspective can make our eyes into lamps, allowing our whole selves to be filled with the scent of God as the Spirit moves in people and situations all around us.

It is recommended to machine wash cold and avoid the highest dryer setting.
